Tolly Hanna, an experienced professional and leader, brings more than 30 years of diverse HR expertise to the human resources consulting team.

 

Tolly brings a wealth of experience from his time as an individual HR contributor, leading HR teams, and serving in executive HR roles. He has worked with organizations of all sizes, including Fortune 500 companies, private equity-backed firms, and family-owned businesses across North America. His industry background spans diversified industrial, automotive, medical manufacturing, and utility infrastructure construction in both unionized and non-unionized environments.

 

He has drawn on his HR leadership experience to create processes, implement procedures, and steer organizations through major events. These have included enhancing HR functional capabilities, implementing HRIS/Payroll systems, developing policies and processes, ensuring HR compliance, managing labor relations (union drives and negotiations), overseeing organizational downsizings, restructuring total rewards, establishing performance and talent management systems, and conducting due diligence and integrations for multiple mergers and acquisitions.

 

Tolly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Toledo and an MBA from the University of Findlay. He is also certified as a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) by the Society for Human Resource Management.
